About us

The predecessor of today’s Roos Consult GmbH & Co. KG was founded in Lübeck in 1996. Over the following ten years, the company grew steadily, leading to a name change to Roos Consult and a change in its legal structure to a GmbH & Co. KG (limited partnership).

From 2008 to 2023, Roos Consult and the Institute for Management Diagnostics maintained a close partnership. Both companies combined various consulting services in the field of professional aptitude diagnostics as the „Prof. Sarges & Partner Group.“ In addition, the Institute for Management Diagnostics and Roos Consult also pursued their own independent business interests.

Following the closure of the Institute for Management Diagnostics in the summer of 2023, Roos Consult remained as the sole business entity.

Personally, we stand by our word. You can rely on our handshake. We give and demand traditional business trust: We negotiate fairly, deliver as agreed, and bill accurately. We are demonstrably guided by our values, even in difficult times. For us, decency and integrity form the basis for lasting success. This is our deep conviction, and we live by it in our daily business dealings.

In terms of content, we openly oppose nonsense: As methodologically well-trained empiricists, we actively oppose charlatans. We do not base our decisions on personal preferences, because there are scientifically objective criteria for identifying demonstrably useless methods.
