The predecessor of today’s „Roos Consult GmbH & Co. KG“ was founded in 1996 in Lübeck. In the following 10 years, the company grew steadily, the name was changed to „Roos Consult“ and the legal form was changed to GmbH & Co. KG.

Since 2008 there has been a permanent cooperation between „Roos Consult“ and „Prof. Sarges & Partner – Institute for Management Diagnostics“. Both individual companies bundle various consulting services in the field of professional aptitude diagnostics as „Prof. Sarges & Partner Group“.

In addition, „Prof. Sarges & Partner – Institute for Management Diagnostics“ and „Roos Consult“ also pursue their own business interests that are independent of one another.
