One company, three business fields

Initially Roos Consult was active only in management diagnostics. In order to be permanently successful in this field, a highly developed methodological competence was and is a mandatory requirement.
Based on this, over the time two further business fields developed.
For about 15 years now, we have divided our activities into three fundamental fields, in which all of our business activities are bundled.

We coordinate our actions closely with our customers and actively disclose our preferred approach. We do not hide behind our competence, do not know any „black boxes“, but explain our procedure down to the smallest detail if requested.
We stand by our word and also feel bound by agreements that have not been set down in writing and secured several times.
So that we can keep what we promise, we only promise what we can later keep.
That sounds easy – and it is. We always want to deliver the best quality that can be achieved under the given framework conditions. If we feel that this claim cannot be realized or is not desired, we would rather give up an order than deviate from our conviction.
