Herewe would like to actively respond to frequently asked questions, although of course each question can only be answered individually.

The main difference is likely to be reflected in our values. We strive for long-term business relationships and are not looking for quick sales. We implement our concepts and suggestions together with our customers and allow ourselves to be measured by our successes.

The headhunter’s business differs significantly from ours. The headhunter receives his fee for the successful placement of a candidate. We are compensated for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of such a candidate. So if we were also to place staff, we could not credibly assure anyone that we also paid attention to a person’s potential weaknesses in the diagnostic process. Because when placing people, the focus is consistently on emphasizing the strengths of a person.

If we were to offer coaching, there would be a latent suspicion that we were aligning the results of our diagnostic assessments with what we can later sell our customers as a reason for coaching. In order not to let this connection arise in the first place, we do not offer any coaching.

On request, we train users of our test procedures in their handling, evaluation and interpretation. However, no explicit certification is planned for this. We would like to offer solutions and not user certificates.

After appropriate instruction in the IT-platforms operated by us, this is possible without any problems. You will receive a corresponding activation from us with graduated administration rights and can then manage your own 360-degree feedback projects (create focus persons and external assessors and invite them to the assessment, produce reports on the results, etc.).

We only take part in tenders if it is clear from the start that not only Excel lists should be filled in order to be able to select the cheapest provider. We are happy to compete with others if the focus is on the quality of the services to be offered and value is placed on valid concepts.

That depends on the specific needs and can therefore not be said in general terms. However, as soon as we receive a specific request, we can very quickly provide an initial cost estimate, which can then also be used for very reliable calculations. Right from the start, we always make the cooperation transparent for all parties, including from an economic point of view.

Depending on the business field, our services either have fixed product prices or we charge at daily rates. In practice, this often results in mixed forms, so that we always prepare individual offers, which then result in a specific project price.

Yes. Our platforms for the administration of online tests can be connected to common applicant management systems via appropriate technical interfaces. This means that the results of test procedures are also available directly in the in-house applicant management systems.

To host our online test procedures, we operate our own (small) IT-infrastructure on two separate platforms. Two German providers provide us with the appropriate servers on which our applications run.

All operational and technical processes are regularly audited by an external data protection officer and, if necessary, proactively adapted to new future regulations. We therefore meet all data protection requirements in terms of the relevant laws, regulations and standards.

Yes. Most of our products and services are available in German and English by default. This expressly refers to each of our business fields.
